Being selected for Phase 2 of the NEC X Elev X! Ignite program marks a defining moment for Manifest Space.

Out of more than 400 global applicants, just 35 companies advanced to Phase 1. From there, only 7 startups were selected to continue into Ignite Phase 2. Manifest Space is proud to be among this small group working at the frontier of deep technology innovation.

This milestone is not just recognition. It is validation of a problem the space industry can no longer afford to ignore.

A SCALING PROBLEM IN ORBIT

Space is entering a period of rapid growth. Thousands of satellites are being launched each year, yet the infrastructure required to safely coordinate their movement has not kept pace.

Operators today still face fundamental challenges:

  • They cannot always reliably identify their own spacecraft after deployment.

  • They operate with incomplete awareness during critical maneuvers.

  • They lack a shared, real-time coordination layer to prevent risk before it escalates.

This is where Manifest Space is focused.

We are building infrastructure for persistent spacecraft identity and position throughout the mission lifecycle. A cooperative traffic protocol for spaceflight that enables satellites to broadcast who they are, where they are, and where they are going.

The goal is simple to state, but complex to achieve: make space safer, more transparent, and scalable for everyone operating in orbit.

WHY ELEV X! MATTERS

The NEC X Elev X! Ignite program is designed to accelerate companies solving meaningful, global challenges. Phase 2 is where that acceleration becomes tangible.

During this stage, we are working closely with an exceptional group of mentors, operators, and investors. The program brings together deep technical expertise and real-world commercialization experience, pushing each company to refine not just what they are building, but how it reaches the market.

For Manifest Space, this means sharpening our approach across:

  • Product development and on-orbit validation

  • Customer engagement with satellite operators and mission partners

  • Strategic positioning within the evolving space infrastructure stack

It is an environment built for speed, clarity, and execution.

BUILDING TOWARD ORBIT

Less than a year after founding, Manifest Space is already preparing for its first on-orbit demonstration. The Elev X! Ignite Phase 2 program comes at a pivotal time as we move from concept to deployment.

The conversations we are having inside the program are directly shaping how we bring our technology to market and how we partner across the ecosystem.

This is not theoretical work. It is infrastructure in motion.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Space traffic coordination is no longer a future concern. It is a present-day requirement for sustaining the orbital economy.

What excites us most about being part of Elev X! is the shared understanding that foundational systems must be built now, before congestion becomes crisis.

We believe the next era of spaceflight will be defined by cooperation, not just capability.

And we are building the layer that makes that cooperation possible.

Manifest Space is building the coordination layer for spaceflight, enabling persistent identity, position, and visibility for every spacecraft in orbit.
